Learn to Rest Naturally
This 4-hour workshop provides participants with a set of techniques
proven to facilitate getting to sleep, returning to sleep if waking after a few
hours, and learning to stay asleep for 8 hours. The mechanics of sleep are explored to help participants
gain the skill of getting the proper kind of sleep commonly referred to as REM
(Rapid Eye Movement) sleep.
Participants will also be taught a simple 5-minute technique referred to
as “Waking REM” for recovering energy in the afternoon when most people
experience the “lull” around 2:00.
This workshop draws upon the latest techniques being developed in the
area of Neuro-Linguistic Programming or NLP.
